Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Times We pride ourselves on efficient fulfillment. Processing times vary depending on the type of product you ordered:
- Standard Items (Non-Customized): Orders for standard items are typically processed and dispatched from our US facility within [1-3] business days.
- Customized Items: Due to your personalized customization, in order to ensure the highest quality, the orders for customized products will require an additional [3-7] working days for processing before they are dispatched.
Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US national holidays.
2. Shipping Destinations Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). At this time, we do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Important: Due to the oversized nature of our golf bags, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid physical residential or commercial address at checkout.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within [3-7] business days after dispatch.
- Shipping Cost: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $[99]. The estimated delivery times are provided by our carrier partners (e.g., FedEx, UPS). Tacet is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the initial scan from the carrier. You can also track your order directly on our site via the “Track Order” page.
5. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the customer refuses delivery, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost as well as any return shipping fees charged by the carrier. These costs will be deducted from your final refund. If you wish to have the package reshipped, a reshipment fee will apply.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Damaged in Transit: If your Tacet bag arrives damaged, please contact us at [Temporarily: liaolin1126@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
- Lost or Stolen: Once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered” to the address provided, Tacet’s liability ceases. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If you live in an area prone to package theft, we strongly recommend requesting a signature required for delivery (please contact support immediately after placing your order to arrange this).
